10 Steps. Inspired to live a better Life? Here is some advise that was given to me

The word is... if you can do just half of these things you will see immediate results - Guaranteed

Try to cut out sugar and starchy foods:
as they cause an insulin reaction and cause various diseases like heart attacks, strokes, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, obesity and more.

Do not overuse alcohol:
as it leads to cirrhosis of the liver and can kill you in your mid to late 50’s. The limit is two drinks for a male per day and 1 drink for a female per day. Personally, I go for weeks without a drink.

Exercise regularly:
This is important to maintain your muscle mass and to keep your heart and lungs in top shape.

Try your hardest to Adopt a movement towards a Mediterranean style diet:
as this has been shown by many trials to be the healthiest diet: lots of vegetables, fruit, clean, lean meats, fish, nuts, olive oil. This diet actually prolongs life by 5 to 10 years

Avoid processed food:
as it has too much sugar in it. Buy single component, natural foods and you best cook your meals on your own. This way you know what is in it.

Define your "Quiet Spot":
Either through religion, meditation, yoga, hypnosis or spiritual leadership...place the inner you in
a position to acquire peace and solitude. It is important to decompress and silence the inner you through some sort of "lifestyle time out". Find a way to get it in...it's crucial.

Try to take in more information or education on a regular basis:
Choose for that information to be in your profession or job and look for it to be what you really like to do. If you think you are “stuck” with this job until your retirement, develop a plan to incorporate something you enjoy. Believe me, it is so much easier to go to work knowing that you have options. And  remember to try to drive towards getting those things that you like to make you money, so you can later do the things you want to do and be paid doing it.

If you have leftover money from earnings:
you may want to get into real estate. But you need to be careful: buy low and sell high. Sometimes it takes longer to cash in. Never rush.

Be careful about your choice regarding a life partner:
Take your time to get to know each other. This takes time too. It will declare itself. Either it works out, or it doesn’t. If it works out, it is the most rewarding thing in your life

When it comes to money, don’t overspend:
Even rich people can get broke, if they overspend. Closely associated with this is not having any mortgage as you are older. You want to pay it back as soon as you can (I know: easier said than done). But if you do number 7 above several times wisely, you will find your income increasing significantly to allow you to take a portion of cash and place it directly on the principle loan amount, therefore repaying that dreaded mortgage earlier than you think.

***********If you are younger than thirty (30yrs.old) , this may sound crazy; but if you are older than 30 yrs. old these nuggets will usher in an extended better Life !***********************
